Your Privacy Choices

Reseedpack Limited provides the choices below so you can manage certain uses of your personal information when visiting reseedpack.com, requesting a quotation, or placing an order. Read our Privacy Policy for the information we collect, why we use it, and who may receive it.

1. Data sharing and targeted advertising

Where advertising or related Shopify features are used, personal information collected through cookies and other technologies may be shared for advertising across websites. Depending on applicable law, this can be described as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Available rights depend on your location.

Where available, use Shopify’s opt-out control below to record a choice for the browser on this device. If the form offers an optional account choice, follow its instructions to apply the request to the related customer account. The form will display a confirmation or further instructions.

If the control is unavailable in your location, does not load, or you need help with an account-related request, email support@reseedpack.com. Tell us which choice you want to exercise and the email address used for your inquiry or order. We will review the request under applicable law; an email request is not confirmed merely by opening this page.

2. Browser signals and device choices

Where applicable, Shopify recognizes a Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signal for the browser or device sending it, as described in our Privacy Policy. A browser choice may not automatically cover every other browser, device, or customer account you use. Review your choice again if you change browsers, clear site data, or use a new device.

An advertising opt-out does not necessarily stop all advertising. It also does not remove processing needed to respond to your inquiry, fulfill an order, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

If a cookie banner or preference control is displayed, use it to accept or reject the optional categories it offers and to change your choice. Availability depends on the controls and location rules used by the store. Essential technologies may still be needed for features such as security, the shopping cart, and checkout.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect website functions and does not by itself submit an account-level deletion or advertising opt-out request. If you cannot find a preference control, contact us for help.

4. Marketing emails

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by emailing support@reseedpack.com with the address you want removed. There is no charge to request that we stop using your contact details for direct marketing.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary messages about an inquiry, artwork approval, payment, delivery, or an existing order.

5. Access, correction, deletion and other requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also be able to withdraw consent or submit a request through an authorized agent. These rights can be subject to conditions and lawful exceptions, including retention needed for order, tax, accounting, or legal records.

Send your request to support@reseedpack.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or an agent’s authority, and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Please do not email payment card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If you disagree with our response, contact us for review; you may also contact the data protection authority responsible for your location where applicable.

6. Shopify and contacting Reseedpack

Shopify hosts our store and may process information for its own purposes in the circumstances described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy. For choices relating to Shopify’s own processing, visit the Shopify Privacy Portal. Requests made to us and requests made directly to Shopify can address different processing activities.
