Last updated: October 27, 2026
Reseedpack is a custom packaging brand operated by Reseedpack Limited. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.
For privacy questions, contact support@reseedpack.com or sales@reseedpack.com.
1. Information we collect
Depending on your interactions with us, we collect:
- Contact and business details, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, and billing or delivery address.
- Inquiry and order details, such as packaging specifications, quantities, correspondence, proofs, delivery instructions, and transaction records.
- Files you choose to submit, including artwork, logos, and photographs. Please avoid including personal information that is unnecessary for your project.
- Payment and billing information needed to reconcile your order.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and security logs, to the extent collected by our website and its tools.
- Marketing preferences and records of consent or unsubscribe requests.
We receive information directly from you, through website technologies, and from service providers involved in payments, website operations, and delivery.
2. How we use information
We use relevant information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and proofs, process payments, produce and deliver orders, provide support, and resolve claims. We also use information to maintain website security, prevent fraud, keep accounting records, and meet legal obligations.
Where permitted, we use your contact information for relevant marketing. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. Service messages about an active inquiry or order may still be necessary.
Where UK or European data protection law applies, our legal bases are contractual necessity for orders and requested pre-contract steps; legal obligations for required records; legitimate interests for business communications, security, and managing our services; and consent where required for marketing or optional tracking. Where a business representative is not personally a party to the contract, relevant business contact processing may instead rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with that business.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use essential technologies for functionality and security. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if enabled, require the disclosures and choices applicable in your location. Where consent is required, optional technologies will only operate after you consent, and you can withdraw consent through the website's privacy controls.
4. Who receives information
We share relevant information with providers supporting our website, communications, payments, production, logistics, accounting, and customer service. For example, a carrier needs delivery details, and a production partner may need the approved artwork. Information should be limited to what is needed for the relevant service.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or parties to a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
5. International processing
Our business and service providers may process information outside your country. Where legally required, transfers must use an applicable adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful mechanism.
6. Retention and security
We retain information according to its purpose: inquiry records for follow-up and business administration; order and payment records for fulfillment, accounting, and legal requirements; artwork for the agreed project and any agreed repeat-order arrangements; and marketing records until unsubscribe or another applicable retention limit. Retention also depends on legal deadlines and unresolved disputes.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and risks involved to protect personal information. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights listed below in relation to your personal information. However, these rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances and, in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.
Right to Access / Know. You may have a right to request access to personal information that we hold about you.
Right to Delete. You may have a right to request that we delete personal information we maintain about you.
Right to Correct. You may have a right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right of Portability. You may have a right to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to request that we transfer it to a third party, in certain circumstances and with certain exceptions.
Right to Opt out of Sale or Sharing for Targeted Advertising. Depending on where you reside, you may have a right to opt out of the "sale" or "share" of your personal information or to opt out of the processing of your personal information for purposes considered to be "targeted advertising", as defined in applicable privacy laws. You can exercise your rights to opt-out of those uses here. Please note that if you visit our website with the Global Privacy Control opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will automatically treat this as a request to opt-out for the device and browser that you use to visit the website.
If we are able to associate the device sending the signal to a Shopify account, we will apply the opt out request to the account as well. To learn more about Global Privacy Control, you can visit https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. Other than the Global Privacy Control, we do not recognize other "Do Not Track" signals that may be sent from your web browser or device.
Managing Communication Preferences. We may send you promotional emails, and you may opt out of receiving these at any time by using the unsubscribe option displayed in our emails to you. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or orders that you have made.
If you reside in the UK or European Economic Area, and subject to exceptions and limitations provided by local law, you may exercise the following rights in addition to the rights outlined above:
Objection to Processing and Restriction of Processing: You may have the right to ask us to stop or restrict our processing of personal information for certain purposes.
Withdrawal of Consent: Where we rely on consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw this consent. If you withdraw your consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. Contact support@reseedpack.com or sales@reseedpack.com to exercise this right.
We may need to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Rights may be subject to lawful exceptions. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent, appeal a refusal, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.
8. Children and external links
Our services are directed to business customers and are not intended for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
External websites have their own privacy practices. Please review their notices before submitting information.
9. Updates and contact
We may revise this policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not replace any consent required by law.
