Terms of service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These Terms govern your use of https://www.reseedpack.com/ and purchases from Reseedpack Limited, trading as Reseedpack, at ROOM 803, 8/F., EASEY COMMERCIAL BUILDING, 253–261 HENNESSY ROAD, WAN CHAI, HONG KONG ("we," "us," or "our"). Contact: support@reseedpack.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented to you before acceptance. If acting for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

1. Products and quotations

We provide packaging products and customization services as described in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Website images and mockups illustrate products; the agreed specifications determine what will be supplied.

Product availability, minimum order quantity, pricing, currency, quotation validity, sample arrangements, and lead times are confirmed for each project. Website estimates do not constitute an accepted custom order.

2. Order acceptance and payment

An order is accepted when we issue written acceptance or an order confirmation expressly accepting it. An automated inquiry or payment acknowledgment alone is not acceptance unless stated otherwise.

The quotation or order confirmation will identify the price, currency, taxes, shipping charges, payment schedule, and any agreed tooling or design charges. We will not knowingly begin unapproved chargeable work. If we decline an order after receiving payment, we will refund the unaccepted portion.

Changes to an accepted order require agreement on any revised price and schedule. Price changes on the website do not automatically change an accepted order.

3. Artwork, proofs, and approvals

You are responsible for providing usable files and reviewing content, measurements, spelling, logos, barcodes, and other requirements. We will request written approval of final production artwork and specifications where relevant. Silence does not constitute approval.

A digital proof shows layout and content; it is not an exact physical representation of color, texture, material thickness, or fit. If those characteristics are critical, request a physical sample or agreed production standard before authorizing the main order.

Approval does not excuse our failure to manufacture to the agreed specifications or follow agreed corrections. Cancellation and change requests are addressed in the Refund Policy.

4. Materials, tolerances, and suitability

Applicable manufacturing tolerances must be stated in the quotation, approved specification, or sample agreement. Quantity variations and their billing treatment require prior agreement; extra units do not automatically authorize extra charges.

Please tell us the intended use, including food contact, heat exposure, barrier performance, load capacity, and destination-market requirements. Any promised suitability or compliance documentation must relate to the specific product and use agreed. Customer review obligations do not remove our applicable legal responsibilities.

Recyclability, biodegradability, compostability, recycled content, and certification are separate characteristics. Any such claim applies only to the identified product and supporting evidence, subject to stated conditions and local facilities. No brand-wide certification or environmental performance is implied.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

You retain rights in your artwork and grant us a limited right to use it as needed to quote, prepare, manufacture, and fulfill your project, including through necessary service providers. You confirm that you have the rights or permission required to supply the artwork.

We will obtain permission before using your identifiable brand artwork or finished branded products for our marketing. Each party must protect non-public project information disclosed in circumstances reasonably indicating confidentiality, subject to legal requirements and necessary confidential disclosure to project providers.

Ownership and reuse rights for separately commissioned designs, tooling, or dies must be stated in the applicable agreement. Our existing website content and pre-existing materials remain protected by their respective owners' rights.

6. Delivery, cancellations, and remedies

Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch, transit estimates, charges, and delivery issues. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and claims. Any written project-specific terms expressly agreed by both parties take priority over a conflicting general commercial term, subject to mandatory law. Production and transit are separate stages. Quoted DDP arrangements apply only where expressly included in the order.

Please inspect goods reasonably promptly and contact us about a problem. We will review evidence fairly and provide remedies required by the agreed terms and applicable law. A claim deadline does not exclude mandatory rights or reasonably undiscoverable defects where the law protects them.

7. Website conduct

Do not use the website for unlawful activity, submit material that infringes others' rights, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict harmful or unlawful activity where reasonably necessary. Such restrictions do not remove our obligations concerning accepted orders or refunds.

Third-party websites and services may have separate terms. We are responsible for our own obligations and do not control independent external websites. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases and custom packaging orders are made with Reseedpack Limited; Shopify is not the seller of our packaging products. Shopify may process personal information under its own privacy terms, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

Each party is responsible for its obligations under the contract and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where non-excludable, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Events outside reasonable control

If an event beyond reasonable control materially prevents performance, the affected party will notify the other, take reasonable steps to reduce its impact, and discuss a revised schedule. This does not automatically remove refund or termination rights for unfulfilled orders. Any extended-delay arrangement must comply with applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and each order are subject to the laws applicable to the transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory protections available to a customer or access to a court, regulator, or dispute process where that access cannot lawfully be restricted. Any governing-law or forum provision separately agreed for a business order remains subject to mandatory law.

Please first contact support@reseedpack.com so we can try to resolve an issue. This does not prevent you from using legal remedies or reporting a concern to an appropriate authority.

11. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing. Accepting these Terms does not itself provide consent for optional marketing or tracking.

We may update these Terms for future use and orders. The version accepted for an existing order continues to apply unless a change is agreed or required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
