How do I send my photo for customisation?

You can upload your photo directly on the product page when placing the order, or send it to us via message after checkout. Please send high-resolution pictures for the best printing result.

What kind of photo can I use? Can I use pet photos / human portraits?

Yes! You can upload photos of dogs, cats, other pets, family members, couples, kids and any portrait you own. Please ensure you own the copyright of the picture.

Is the print single-sided or double-sided?

It is single-sided printing. The printed pattern is on the front side, the back is plain white.

What is the paper feature? Is it waterproof and tear-resistant?
It is made of 160g PP synthetic paper with double-sided lamination. It is waterproof, oil-resistant and tear-resistant, much stronger than ordinary wrapping paper.
